Traffic Restrictions Imposed in Too-Ashuu Tunnel for Repair Work
Bishkek, 23 June 2023 – The Ministry of Emergency Situations has announced the introduction of traffic restrictions in the tunnel named after Kolbaev, located in Too-Ashuu on the Osh-Bishkek highway, due to ongoing repair work. The restrictions will be in place from June 19 to June 28 during specific hours.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the following hours will be affected by the restrictions:
– 5 a.m. to 8 a.m.
– 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
– 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The Mountain Rescue Service, also under the Ministry of Emergency Situations, has urged drivers to comply with the road regulations and maintain a safe distance from other vehicles.
