Results of the Ashgabat Stage of the Turkmenistan Grand Prix Orient

The first stage of the new chess tournament of the Turkmenistan Grand Prix concluded in the capital’s Chess and Checkers School on the International Day of Novruz, a significant holiday in the East. This tournament, consisting of six stages across Turkmenistan’s five velayats, saw 130 participants compete in the first stage, with 86 in the open category and 44 in the women’s category.
