
Review of Construction Projects in Kochkor District by Cabinet Chairman

Bishkek – 24.kg news agency reported on the progress of multiple construction projects in the Kochkor district as part of a working visit by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaliev, to the Naryn region.
The first stop on the visit was a bus station under construction, funded by the republican budget with an allocation of 395,579 million soms. The project, which occupies 1.5 hectares, is currently in the foundation-laying phase.
Chairman Kasymaliev then inspected the development on Lenin Street, measuring 9.5 kilometers long and 24 meters wide, as well as Sheraliev Street, 2.2 kilometers long and 10.5 meters wide. The roadworks involve widening, asphalt paving, and the demolition of certain structures.
Simultaneously, a project is in progress to asphalt 39 streets with a total length of 13 kilometers. Repair works are also underway on the Naryn—Baetov highway, spanning a length of 84 to 120 kilometers.
Furthermore, Adylbek Kasymaliev observed the repair and reconstruction of the asphalt-concrete pavement at the airfield, including the runway, taxiways, and parking zones. Once completed, the airport is expected to enhance passenger conditions and facilitate the resumption of domestic flights.
Following the site inspections, the Cabinet Chairman emphasized the importance of construction quality and timely project completion, directing relevant government agencies and construction companies to focus on these aspects.
