Deputy Finance Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Ruslan Tatikov, has announced his resignation from his position. Tatikov made the announcement on his Facebook page, thanking his colleagues for their support and cooperation during his 3.5 years in the role.

Tatikov started his career in the ministry as a simple office specialist and gradually worked his way up to the position of Deputy Minister of Finance. He reflected on his time in the civil service, expressing how it has nurtured and strengthened him as a true professional.

Appointed as Deputy Finance Minister in August 2021, Tatikov had previously served as the deputy head of the Ministry of Finance in 2011-2012. His resignation comes as a surprise to many, but Tatikov is ready to move on to new opportunities.

The Ministry of Finance has not yet announced who will be replacing Tatikov in his role. We wish Tatikov all the best in his future endeavors.
