According to the statement released by the embassy, voting in the elections will take place from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time. Citizens of the Russian Federation residing in Kyrgyzstan will have the opportunity to cast their votes at four locations – the embassy in Bishkek, the Consulate General in Osh, the city of Kant in Chui region (where a Russian military air base is located), and the city of Karakol in Issyk-Kul region.

To participate in the elections, Russian citizens over 18 years old must present a valid Russian international or internal passport in person at one of the polling stations mentioned above. Online voting from abroad will not be available for this election.

The exact number of Russian citizens currently residing in Kyrgyzstan is unknown, as registration with the consulate is not mandatory for those arriving in the country.
