Sadyr Japarov Discusses State Regained Property
Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov emphasizes state reforms for justice and returning illegally privatized property to the people
During the third People’s Kurultai, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov emphasized that the state reforms are aimed at restoring justice and returning illegally privatized property to the people. He addressed the issue of factories, plants, land plots, and strategic facilities that were unfairly seized by those who abused their positions and connections, resulting in significant losses for the state.
Japarov acknowledged the challenges faced in the fight against illegal enrichment but emphasized its necessity. He praised the efforts of law enforcement agencies in recovering assets worth billions of soms and returning them to the country’s treasury.
The president clarified that the measures taken do not intend to violate property rights but rather focus on reclaiming illegally acquired property. He assured that the state will not interfere with legitimately acquired assets but warned those who gained wealth through theft, fraud, and exploitation that their luxurious lifestyles will no longer go unpunished.
Japarov highlighted that these actions not only restore justice but also contribute to strengthening trust in the government. He underscored the importance of laws being respected and followed by all, emphasizing that the country’s property should benefit the people and the state, not greedy individuals.
In conclusion, President Japarov affirmed that the reforms will continue, emphasizing that justice surpasses personal interests and that the prosperity of the republic outweighs individual achievements. He expressed his vision of Kyrgyzstan becoming an advanced legal state where business is conducted honestly, and property serves the interests of the people.
