
Sadyr Japarov Joins Students for Lunch at Akylman Presidential Lyceum

President Sadyr Japarov Attends “Akylman – In the World of Knowledge” Event at Presidential Lyceum
President Sadyr Japarov recently participated in the “Akylman – In the World of Knowledge” event at the presidential lyceum in Cholpon-Ata, as reported by the press service of the head of state. The event showcased the achievements and innovations of the Akylman lyceum in the education system of Kyrgyzstan.
During his visit, President Japarov toured the lyceum, viewing paintings by schoolchildren, admiring handicrafts made by students, and exploring various educational displays such as an English language corner and a presentation on the future development of the school. He addressed the teaching staff, students, and parents, expressing satisfaction with the students’ accomplishments and emphasizing the importance of the lyceum in introducing new educational methods and achieving significant educational goals in the country.
The Akylman lyceum was established with the aim of preparing talented students for further education at leading international institutions like Harvard, Oxford, Stanford, and the Sorbonne. The carefully selected teaching staff focuses on not only developing students’ intellectual abilities but also instilling spiritual, moral, and cultural values in line with Kyrgyzstan’s traditions.
President Japarov highlighted the success of the Akylman lyceum in various academic competitions, signaling the effectiveness of the educational programs implemented at the school. To further support the lyceum’s mission, the president announced plans to develop a law that would ensure the school’s continued operation and admission of talented students without corruption or favoritism.
The event concluded with a concert program where students showcased their talents, and President Japarov presented the lyceum director with keys to a car and a minibus for the school’s use. The president also engaged with teachers and parents, emphasizing the importance of quality education in shaping the future of Kyrgyzstan. The day ended with a lunch with students and the first meeting of the board of trustees of the Akylman presidential lyceum, setting the stage for continued success in the realm of education in the country.
