SCNS: State reclaims 20 hectares of land from Bermet resort

The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan has taken action to return more than 20 hectares of land owned by Eurasia Hotel LLC to state ownership. The market value of the land is reported to be 729,682 million soms. This decision comes after an investigation revealed that the land, previously part of the state resort Bermet in Kara-Oi village, was illegally transferred to private ownership.
The SCNS has transferred the land to the State Property Management Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers following the results of the investigation. This move is part of the committee’s ongoing efforts to reclaim properties that have been unlawfully privatized.
The fight against corruption and illegal land transactions continues in Kyrgyzstan as authorities work to ensure that state-owned assets remain in the hands of the government. The SCNS is committed to upholding the rule of law and protecting public resources from unauthorized ownership.
