Second Murder Case of Narin Involves 12 Defendants and 3 Children
The tragic death of 8-year-old Narin, who remained silent and aided the criminals, has left many questions unanswered. The mystery surrounding her murder is expected to be unraveled as the case unfolds.
In the case of Narin’s murder, her relatives are set to appear before the judge for the first time. Among the 12 defendants are Birsen, Fuat, and Mashallah Güran, along with 3 children who were allegedly involved in the crime. The children will be tried on charges of complicity. The initial hearing for the case is scheduled to take place at the Diyarbakır 17th Criminal Court of First Instance.
The defendants, who have been sentenced to prison terms ranging from 6 months to 5 years, are accused of concealing the murder and assisting the perpetrators.
Following Narin’s death, her mother Yüksel Güran, older brother Enes Güran, and uncle Salim Güran were handed down aggravated life sentences. Nevzat Bahtiyar, who admitted to transporting Narin’s lifeless body, received a 4-year and 6-month prison sentence.
