Minister of Justice Announces Second Exams for Assistant Judges and Prosecutors

Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç recently took to his social media account to announce that the second exams for assistant judge and prosecutor positions will be held in two sessions on Saturday and Sunday. This initiative aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of judges and prosecutors, ensuring a more competent judiciary system.

A total of 39,582 judge and assistant prosecutor candidates are set to participate in the upcoming exams, with 28,187 candidates applying for judicial judiciary positions and 11,395 for administrative judiciary positions. Minister Tunç revealed that from this pool, 1,000 assistant judges and prosecutors will be recruited, including 850 judicial judges, 50 administrative judges, and 100 lawyers.

Successful candidates will undergo training at the Turkish Justice Academy for one year, followed by a two-year master-apprentice relationship. This unique training program will allow them to learn from experienced prosecutors and further hone their skills before they officially take on their roles.

Minister Tunç expressed his confidence in the candidates, encouraging them to work hard to achieve their dreams of becoming judges and prosecutors.
