Following the altercation, Gökhan T., along with his relatives Turgut T., İbrahim T., Kenan T., Ahmet Ö., Yağmur D., and Özmen B., returned to the hotel to confront Azmi A. and his associates. The situation escalated quickly, resulting in gunfire as Azmi A. shot Turgut T. and Davut B. in the leg, and Mansur S. sustaining injuries to his calf.

Medical teams were called to the scene to attend to the wounded individuals, who were then transported to nearby hospitals for further treatment. Meanwhile, the Istanbul Trust Teams Branch Directorate B arrived at the hotel after residents reported the incident, leading to the arrest of Azmi A., his brother Mehmet Ali A. (56), Mansur S., and Davut B.

The trust teams successfully intervened and detained a total of 9 suspects involved in the violent altercation. After further investigation and statements from the involved parties, the prosecution decided to release them, bringing the incident to a close.
