Uzbekistan to Expect Rain and Snowfall on October 13
On October 13, Uzbekistan is set to experience rainfall in the majority of its regions, with snowfall expected in the mountainous areas. This weather update was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, who also revealed that in the early morning of the same day, snow had already fallen on the Kamchik pass.
With potential snowfall and adverse weather conditions, the Ministry of Emergency Situations has urged drivers to adhere to all safety precautions. They emphasized the importance of following safety measures when driving through the pass area, in order to prevent any emergencies or road accidents.
Earlier, Uzhydromet, the national weather agency, had issued a forecast stating that rain would be prominent in most parts of Uzbekistan on October 13. In some higher altitude regions, this rain is likely to transform into snow, creating chances of floods.
