Socially Vulnerable Given Priority
The Unified Public Services Portal has released detailed information on the categories of citizens who will receive priority for dormitory placements for the 2024/2025 academic year.
Starting from August 1, applications for student dormitories can be submitted for free through my.gov.uz, as stated by the Unified Public Services Portal. The application process is simple – individuals need to visit the portal, select the necessary service, and follow the instructions. No additional documents are required for submission.
Priority for dormitory placements will be given to specific categories of citizens, including residents of orphanages, orphans, and those without parental care. Additionally, children from families in need of social protection, persons with disabilities, individuals studying based on multiple paid contracts from one family, winners of academic competitions, and students actively involved in dormitory activities will also be prioritized.
Applications can be submitted from August 1, 2024, until the end of the academic year. Furthermore, individuals recommended for admission to the first year of higher educational institutions in the upcoming academic year can apply after the final results are announced.
