Cedi Osman Basketball Academy Develops Young Talent
The Cedi Osman Basketball Academy, which recently launched in the country, is making great strides in developing the next generation of basketball players. According to Academy Manager Uraz Şentürk, the academy is currently working with 40 athletes between the ages of 5 and 13, under the guidance of coaches Narin Benli and Caner Ay.
“Our goal is to contribute to the country’s basketball by training elite athletes in this academy,” said Şentürk. He also expressed the academy’s ambition to have its players compete in the Easy League, showcasing the talent that is being nurtured within the program.
The Cedi Osman Basketball Academy conducts its training at the 23 Nisan Primary School Sports Hall and has plans to take the children to camps in Turkey during the summer. This will provide the young athletes with additional opportunities to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a different setting.
The academy’s dedication to developing young talent and providing them with opportunities for growth is commendable and is sure to have a positive impact on the country’s basketball scene in the years to come.
