
Tamchi Village Now Home to Emergency Medical Aid Station

On May 15, 2024, in Bishkek, the 24.kg news agency reported that an emergency medical aid station has been opened in Tamchi village. The Ministry of Health’s press center announced that the construction of this station was funded by the As-Safa Public Charitable Foundation with a total amount of 38.5 million soms.
The two-storey building, covering a total area of 476 square meters, includes day patient wards, an operating room, a resuscitation room, as well as medical procedures, sterilization, and other necessary rooms. The station is equipped with a mobile X-ray machine, ultrasound, and other essential medical equipment. To enhance the convenience of both staff and patients, an elevator has been installed as well.
Furthermore, in addition to the new medical aid station, an ambulance has been donated to the General Medical Practice Center of Issyk-Kul region in Tamchi village. This contribution will undoubtedly improve the level of medical care and emergency response available to the residents of the area.
The opening of this emergency medical aid station and the donation of an ambulance demonstrate the ongoing commitment to improving healthcare services and facilities in Kyrgyz Republic. It is a positive step towards ensuring that residents have access to quality medical care when they need it most.
