Tatar welcomes Turkish Cypriot Physiotherapists Association delegation
President Ersin Tatar Meets with Turkish Cypriot Physiotherapists Association
President Ersin Tatar recently met with the President of the Turkish Cypriot Physiotherapists Association, FZT. Şahveren Yücel, and his delegation. The meeting, which took place at the Presidency, was also attended by Health Advisor Prof.Dr. Nedime Serakıncı.
During the meeting, President Tatar expressed his satisfaction with the visit and stressed the importance of activities aimed at protecting public health. He emphasized the significance of studies focused on child health and highlighted the benefits of collaboration with the community in such projects.
President Tatar underlined the importance of physiotherapy in improving the overall quality of life, particularly in relation to spine health. He noted that sharing new developments and information with the public is a valuable asset in promoting better health outcomes.
President Tatar commended the Turkish Cypriot Physiotherapists Association and its members for their dedicated work and conveyed his best wishes for their continued success.
FZT. Şahveren Yücel, President of the Turkish Cypriot Turkish Physiotherapists Association, provided an overview of the association’s activities and the work undertaken by physiotherapists. Yücel also presented President Tatar with the book “Spine Health in Children,” which has been approved by the Ministry of National Education for children.
The meeting between President Ersin Tatar and the Turkish Cypriot Physiotherapists Association reaffirmed the commitment to improving public health and advancing the field of physiotherapy in the region.
