A 17-year-old student was injured in a workplace accident when a hand forklift fell on him while he was receiving internship training at a CNC mold workshop in Bursa. Onur Turan, a 12th grade student, was rushed to the hospital by private vehicle without informing medical teams after the incident occurred.
Turan, who suffered injuries to his right arm and body, shocked his family when he returned home in a bandaged state. The family took action by going to the police and filing a complaint against the company where the accident took place. The moments of the forklift overturning were captured by a security camera.
The family’s hearts sank when they saw their son’s injuries and they are seeking justice for what happened. The company responsible for the accident is under investigation and legal action is being taken.
