Thailand Enforces Online Pre-Registration; Uzbekistan Alerts Travelers

New Regulations for Foreign Nationals Traveling to Thailand

Starting May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by land, air, or sea will be required to follow a new entry procedure. This announcement comes from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, as relayed by Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Under the updated regulations, travelers to Thailand must obtain a Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) at least three days prior to their scheduled arrival. This new requirement is part of Thailand’s ongoing efforts to streamline the entry process for international visitors and enhance border security.

The TDAC can be obtained through the official platform at tdac.immigration.go.th. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has urged all Uzbek citizens planning to visit Thailand to take this new requirement into consideration to ensure a smooth travel experience.

As the implementation date approaches, travelers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the process and prepare accordingly to avoid any inconveniences upon arrival in Thailand.
