The Show Kicks Off the Rally
The Northern Cyprus Touring and Automobile Association (KKTOK) has kicked off the 2023 season with an exciting rally. Thanks to the main sponsorship of Basel Holding and the support of Gönyeli-Alayköy Municipality, the rally began with a special audience stage held last night.
A total of 42 vehicles participated in the rally, which started after an impressive show of Drift and Climbing vehicles on Yenikent Boulevard. The athletes’ performance left the spectators in awe with their magnificent show.
The first day of the rally was filled with intense competition. The NEU Drift Racing Team, represented by Enver Haskasap and Halil Mulla, completed the day in first place. Second place went to Derviş Dizliklioğlu and Nebil Öneral, while Ömer Yıldız and Kani Avkıran from the Stage Cars Rally Team secured the third position in the special audience stage.
