Tragedy Strikes: Young Woman Killed in Shopping Center Attack
A 22-year-old young girl named Merve Nur Utility tragically lost her life in an armed attack at a shopping center. The incident took place in the evening at the entrance of the shopping center located on the Sanliurfa road. Reportedly, a suspect fired a bullet from outside the shopping center, hitting Merve Nur Utility in the neck while she was sitting in a cafe.
Another individual, identified only as SK and aged 21, was also injured in the attack. Upon receiving notification, health and police teams rushed to the scene. Sadly, Merve Nur Utility succumbed to her injuries despite the efforts of the medical teams. Her body was transferred to the Forensic Medicine Institute for an autopsy. SK, on the other hand, was taken to the hospital for treatment following initial medical intervention.
Efforts are currently underway to apprehend the suspect who fled the scene. The community is in shock and mourning over the loss of a young life in such a senseless act of violence. Our thoughts and condolences are with the family and friends of Merve Nur Utility during this difficult time.
