Tragic Accident Leaves One Dead and 20 Injured after Midibus Brakes Burst
In a devastating incident, a midibus owned by Merkez Yurtbaşı Town Municipality and carrying students for a program crashed into two other vehicles due to its brakes bursting. The accident occurred at the Pertek Junction of Hastanesi Street.
Authorities were immediately alerted, and emergency health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The accident resulted in 21 individuals, including students, being injured. Unfortunately, one of the injured victims, Aslan Ülgün (63), could not be saved despite the efforts of medical professionals at a private hospital where he was taken.
The injured were swiftly transported to various hospitals in the city by medical teams for further treatment and care.
