Tragic Accident: Schoolboy crashes Lexus into kindergarten fence in Bishkek, resulting in girl’s death
The city of Bishkek was shaken by a tragic incident recently, as an 11th-grade student crashed an SUV into a kindergarten fence, resulting in the death of a young girl playing in the area. The devastating event took place in the Archa-Beshik housing estate on October 4, around 6:30 p.m.
According to reports from the Department of the Patrol Police Service, the Lexus 470 SUV was traveling along Er-Taylak Street when the driver, a teenage boy who had taken his father’s car without permission, lost control of the vehicle. The SUV veered off the road, crashed through a brick fence, and tragically struck the young girl playing in the yard.
Eyewitnesses captured the aftermath on video and promptly shared it with 24.kg news agency, shedding light on the heartbreaking scene. The footage reveals the wreckage caused by the SUV, with the lifeless body of the girl lying on the playground.
Emergency services were called to the scene immediately, but despite their efforts, the young girl could not be saved and passed away on-site. The incident serves as a grim reminder of the dangers of underage driving and the importance of responsible vehicle use.
