Aksy district woman dies in hospital after being beaten by husband
Tragedy struck in Aksy district as a woman passed away in the hospital after being brutally beaten by her husband. The Internal Affairs Department of Jalal-Abad region made the heartbreaking announcement following the incident.
On the fateful night of January 10, a 50-year-old woman was rushed to the district hospital by ambulance, unconscious and covered in bruises. Medical professionals determined that she was suffering from an “acute disorder of cerebral circulation.” Unfortunately, despite efforts to save her, the woman succumbed to her injuries the following morning at 9:22 a.m.
The victim’s brother took swift action, reaching out to law enforcement to seek justice for his sister. As a result, a criminal case was initiated under the charge of “Causing grievous bodily harm.” The husband responsible for the tragic act was promptly detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
