Turkic States Gather in Bishkek for Forum on Artificial Intelligence
A two-day forum focusing on artificial intelligence is currently taking place in Bishkek, bringing together representatives from Turkic states including Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkey. The event, organized by the Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan, serves as a platform for government agencies, businesses, academia, and the IT industry to come together and discuss the latest advancements in AI.
Deputy Prime Minister Edil Baisalov highlighted the significance of the forum in advancing the digital economy and technology within the country. He emphasized the potential for enhanced cooperation between Turkic states and international partners in areas such as artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
Minister of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic, Nuriya Kutnaeva, expressed optimism about the forum’s role in promoting collaboration and sharing best practices in AI implementation across sectors like public administration, healthcare, and education. She highlighted the importance of creating a unified digital ecosystem to drive innovation and development in participating countries.
The forum features panel discussions and workshops where experts will delve into topics like AI implementation, digital transformation, and regulatory frameworks. Renowned speakers include Selçuk Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Baykar Technology, as well as representatives from leading organizations such as Google, Meta, and UNDP.
In addition to the discussions, an exhibition showcasing innovative AI technologies from companies like Mugalim AI, AkylAI, and Uzinfocom will be on display. The forum aims to foster dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge sharing to propel the Turkic states forward in the realm of artificial intelligence and digital innovation.
