Turkish Drone Aksungur Achieves Full Hit in Breaking News
TUSAŞ General Manager Muharrem Demiroğlu praised the recent success of Aksungur, the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) developed by Turkey’s leading defense company. The UAV successfully hit its target using ASELSAN-produced LGK81 and LGK82 ammunition, powered by a national engine.
Demiroğlu emphasized that this achievement once again demonstrates the capabilities and independence of Turkey’s national defense industry. Aksungur, which entered service in 2021 and was officially included in the Navy Command inventory in October of the same year, has continued to evolve with new capabilities and useful payloads.
