Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Fatih Dönmez Bayraktar, recently met with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, Mr. Muhtar Babayev, to discuss cooperation opportunities in the field of green energy transformation and the fight against climate change.
