Turkish Vice President Yılmaz visits TRNC for one-day trip
Vice President of Turkey to Pay One-Day Visit to TRNC
Cevdet Yılmaz, the Vice President of the Republic of Turkey, is set to pay a one-day visit to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). Yılmaz will be arriving in TRNC at 09:00 and is scheduled to attend the opening ceremony of the Suat Günsel Mosque.
During his visit, Yılmaz will also have the opportunity to meet with citizens in Güvercinlik Village in the afternoon. He will then depart from TRNC in the evening.
Accompanying Vice President Yılmaz will be Turkish Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır. As part of their visit, Kacır will meet with TRNC’s Minister of Economy and Energy Olgun Amcaoğlu to discuss and sign a protocol on the facilitation of industrial investments.
The visit is expected to strengthen the ties between Turkey and TRNC and provide an opportunity for high-level discussions on economic and industrial cooperation.
Yılmaz’s visit underscores the strong and enduring relationship between Turkey and TRNC, and the commitment to further enhancing cooperation in various fields.
