Turkmenistan to Send Young People to Study in Romania for the 2025-2026 Academic Year

At a recent meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, Turkmenistan’s President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved a proposal from Deputy Prime Minister B. Orazdurdyeva to send young people to higher education institutions in Romania for the upcoming academic year. The State News Agency of Turkmenistan reported this decision.

Turkmen youth will have the opportunity to pursue studies in fields such as information technology, healthcare and medical sciences, education and pedagogical sciences, agriculture and agricultural sciences, engineering, technology and technical sciences, as well as mathematics and natural sciences.

Recognizing the importance of providing such educational opportunities for young people, the President instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to oversee the necessary arrangements for this program.

This initiative reflects Turkmenistan’s commitment to investing in the education and future of its youth, while also fostering cooperation and exchange with international partners like Romania.
