Turkmenistan and Hungary strengthen commitment to cooperation expansion
Turkmenistan and Hungary have reaffirmed their commitment to expanding cooperation in various fields. The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Vepa Hajiyev, recently met with the Vice Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary, Lezsak Sandor, who was visiting Ashgabat.
During the meeting, the two officials discussed the current issues of Turkmen-Hungarian cooperation in political, diplomatic, cultural, and humanitarian areas. They emphasized the importance of high-level meetings and negotiations in strengthening bilateral relations. In this regard, the official visit of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban to Turkmenistan in June this year played a significant role as specific agreements were reached during the visit.
V.Hajiyev highlighted the importance of developing inter-parliamentary relations and called for more intensified cooperation in this aspect. Both parties acknowledged the positive progress in cultural and humanitarian cooperation, especially in the field of education.
The meeting between the representatives of Turkmenistan and Hungary signifies the ongoing efforts to enhance bilateral ties and explore new areas of cooperation. With a shared commitment to strengthening their relationship, both countries are working towards mutual growth and development.
