Turkmenistan’s Leaders Congratulate Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Re-election as President of Turkey
President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and members of his family have extended congratulations to Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his successful re-election as President of Turkey, according to TDH.
The national leader of the Turkmen people, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, personally called Erdogan to celebrate the political win, hailing it as a historic day for the Turkish people. Erdogan, in response, expressed gratitude for the kind congratulatory remarks and reaffirmed Turkey’s commitment to continuing their traditionally friendly cooperation with Turkmenistan, going on to emphasize his commitment to further strengthening the already flourishing bond between the two countries.
Both sides expressed enthusiasm for the comprehensive expansion of diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian relations between Turkmenistan and Turkey.
This gesture only adds to the existing deep-rooted bond between the two fraternal countries, further cementing their alliance.
