Turkmenistan President Meets with EU Commissioner for International Cooperation
The President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, recently met with the European Union Commissioner for International Cooperation, Jutta Urpilainen, on October 3, 2024. During their meeting, they discussed the prospects for developing dialogue and strengthening cooperation between Turkmenistan and the EU.
Jutta Urpilainen expressed her gratitude to President Berdimuhamedov for the opportunity to have a personal conversation and conveyed warm greetings to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. Both parties discussed current projects in science, education, ecology, energy, and transport corridors that are being successfully implemented in Turkmenistan with the support of the EU.
