Two-Storey House in Düzce Destroyed by Fire
A two-storey house in Akpınar village of Düzce’s Cumayeri district was left unusable after a fire broke out. The incident occurred around 10:30 pm, when a fire erupted on the 2nd floor of the two-storey reinforced concrete house belonging to Azmi Yıldız for an unknown reason. The flames quickly engulfed the entire house, prompting citizens to alert firefighters. Firefighters arrived at the scene and managed to bring the fire under control and extinguish it. Fortunately, no injuries or casualties were reported during the inspection, but the house was deemed unusable. An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
In related news, a car was engulfed in flames on the FSM Bridge and a bus full of passengers in Tokat was targeted with gunfire. These incidents serve as a reminder of the importance of fire safety and the need for vigilance in public spaces.
