Tyup district head receives reprimand from President

Kyrgyzstan’s President has reprimanded Kanybek Adiyev, the head of Tyup district in the Issyk-Kul region, due to the large amount of sand and garbage that remains on the roads after the winter period. This warning applies to all heads of local bodies and is deemed unacceptable, especially before the tourist season. It has been reported that the President will carry out unscheduled checks in preparation for the tourist season in cities, district centers, with special emphasis on the central streets. This measure has been taken to ensure that tourist areas are clean and safe for visitors.
