USAID Releases Catalog Showcasing Artisans of Central Asia
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has recently released a catalog titled “Traveling through the workshops of artisans of Central Asia.” This catalog features an array of products crafted by 50 artisans from Central Asian countries such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. The publication is available in both print and online formats, providing a platform for these artisans to showcase their work to a global audience.
The catalog is part of a collaborative effort between the USAID Program on Trade in Central Asia, the Smithsonian Institution, and the Commercial Law Development Program of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
