Uzbek Athletes Triumph at Judo Grand Prix in Portugal

Uzbekistan’s athletes have clinched victory at the Grand Prix in Odivelas, Portugal, adding a total of 1400 ranking points to their world and Olympic rankings.

Dilshod Baratov, competing in the weight category up to 60 kg, secured the highest award at the Grand Prix by defeating Brazilian Michel Augusto in the final. This win contributed 700 points to Baratov’s world and Olympic rankings.

Following suit, Diyora Keldiyorova (up to 52 kg) added another gold medal to Uzbekistan’s tally by emerging victorious over her Hungarian rival, Réka Pupp. Similarly, Keldiyorova accrued 700 ranking points for the world and Olympic rankings.
