Uzbekistan Airways to Launch Direct Flights to Hangzhou
Uzbekistan Airways has exciting news for travelers – they will be starting direct flights between Tashkent and Hangzhou, with the first flight scheduled for November 17. The national airline’s press service has confirmed that flights on this route will be available every Sunday.
The flight schedule has been announced, with departure from Tashkent at 12:40 PM and arrival in Hangzhou at 10:00 PM. The return flight will depart from Hangzhou at 11:30 PM and arrive in Tashkent at 4:10 AM on Monday morning.
For those interested in booking a trip, ticket prices will start at 4,046,000 UZS for a one-way journey, while round-trip tickets will be priced from 7,003,000 UZS. It is advised to check for updated rates at the time of booking.
Tickets can be easily purchased through various channels such as the official website (uzairways.com), the airline’s mobile app, Uzbekistan Airways Sales offices, or through authorized agents.
This new flight route comes as a result of an agreement made during the C5+1 Civil Aviation Conference in June between Uzbekistan and China. Both countries have agreed to increase the total number of weekly flights between them to 100, while also doubling the number of airlines authorized to operate these routes.
Moreover, Chinese airlines, designated by their government, will now be permitted to operate regular flights from any city in China to all international airports in Uzbekistan. In return, Uzbekistan’s carriers will have access to 12 Chinese airports, further enhancing travel options between the two countries.
