Uzbekistan and Finland Strengthen Economic Ties through Online Meeting
The Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Trade of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland recently came together for an online meeting to discuss the upcoming Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation and Joint Business Forum.
During the meeting, both sides focused on ways to enhance trade, economic, and investment relations between the two countries. The meticulous preparation for the session of the Uzbek-Finnish Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation and the Business Forum, set to take place in Helsinki in early March, was also a key point of discussion.
In order to further deepen cooperation, special attention will be given to finalizing investment agreements and export contracts. An agreement was reached to organize a visit to Helsinki by a delegation of legal and business representatives, led by the Minister of Investments, Industry, and Trade of Uzbekistan.
The aim of these discussions and upcoming events is to strengthen the economic ties between Uzbekistan and Finland, paving the way for increased collaboration and mutually beneficial partnerships in the future.
