Uzbekistan and Poland Strengthen Pharmaceutical Cooperation
The Ambassador of Uzbekistan, Amirsaid Agzamkhodjayev, recently met with the President of the Polish Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry, Krzysztof Kopeć, to discuss potential investment opportunities in the production of pharmaceutical products in Uzbekistan. The meeting was also attended by representatives from the largest Polish companies Polpharma Group and Adamed.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed the favorable conditions for foreign investors in Uzbekistan, particularly for companies in the pharmaceutical industry. Krzysztof Kopeć expressed strong interest in participating in the development of the innovative research and production pharmaceutical cluster known as “Tashkent Pharma Park”.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to organize a study visit for the delegation of the Polish Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry to Uzbekistan. This visit will provide an opportunity for both parties to further explore collaboration possibilities and potential investment projects in the pharmaceutical sector.
