Uzbekistan Athletes Shine with 114 Medals at BRICS Games
The 6th BRICS Games recently concluded in the city of Kazan, Russia, with athletes from 90 countries participating in the event. Among the teams competing were representatives from Uzbekistan, who managed to secure an impressive total of 114 medals – consisting of 17 gold, 39 silver, and 58 bronze.
Despite tough competition, the Uzbekistan national team performed exceptionally well, ultimately securing the 4th spot in the team standings. The top three positions were claimed by Russia, Belarus, and China, respectively.
The NOC (National Olympic Committee) reported on the successful participation of Uzbek athletes in the BRICS Games, highlighting their dedication and achievements throughout the event. The athletes’ hard work and commitment undoubtedly contributed to Uzbekistan’s strong standing in the overall results.
