The Consulate General of Uzbekistan in New York has announced that old (non-biometric) passports are no longer valid for returning to the country. This means that holders of expired or still-valid old passports must obtain a return certificate through Uzbekistan’s diplomatic missions in the U.S., including the embassy and consulate.
