Uzbekistan Deepens Collaboration with UN Women

Both parties agreed on the necessity of developing a bilateral Program of Cooperation for the medium term, with a focus on specific projects and regional interaction.

The proposal to establish a UN Women country office in Uzbekistan was supported during the meeting. This move signifies a step towards advancing gender equality and empowering women in Uzbekistan.
