Uzbekistan Introduces Unified Booking Platform for Airline, Train, and Bus Tickets

The Ministry of Transport in Uzbekistan has announced plans to launch a unified online platform for ticket sales by December 1 of this year. This platform will allow travelers to book tickets for airline, train, and bus services all in one place, making travel planning more convenient and efficient.
The initiative is part of the Presidential Decree aimed at improving tourist infrastructure in the country and attracting more foreign tourists. By December 1, 2024, travelers will be able to access information and purchase tickets for various modes of transportation through this centralized platform.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Transport will implement a system for advance ticket sales, allowing customers to book flights, trains, and buses at differentiated prices up to six months in advance. During major holidays such as Navruz, Independence Day, and Kurban Hayit, additional flights, trains, and bus services will be available to connect different regions of Uzbekistan.
This new online platform is expected to streamline the ticket booking process and provide travelers with more options for exploring the diverse attractions of Uzbekistan. The Ministry of Transport is working towards enhancing the overall travel experience in the country and encouraging more visitors to explore all that Uzbekistan has to offer.
