Uzbekistan Ranks 62nd in Private Kindergarten Costs Globally
As of March 7, 2025, Uzbekistan has been ranked 62nd out of 127 countries worldwide in terms of private kindergarten costs. Data from Numbeo shows that the average monthly fee for a private kindergarten in Uzbekistan is $295.3 per child, placing the country in the middle range when compared to other nations.
Among CIS countries, Uzbekistan has relatively affordable private kindergarten fees. Countries with lower costs include Russia at $262.9, Azerbaijan at $242.2, Kazakhstan at $240.6, Kyrgyzstan at $190.3, and Tajikistan at $104.3. On the other hand, countries where private kindergarten costs are higher include Ukraine at $296.9, Belarus at $299.3, Armenia at $306.9, and Moldova at $372.3.
Globally, the most expensive private kindergartens are found in Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, while the most affordable options are in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan.
Uzbekistan also stands out for its affordable dining scene and clothing prices. In the food price index, Uzbekistan ranked 18th out of 139 countries, with the cheapest restaurant prices in the CIS. In the restaurant price index, Uzbekistan secured 17th place globally. Additionally, the price of cappuccino in Uzbekistan ranked 15th cheapest among 126 countries.
When it comes to clothing prices, Uzbekistan ranks 21st out of 98 countries for the affordability of jeans, 72nd for men’s leather shoes, 84th for sneakers, and 75th for summer dresses. Overall, Uzbekistan offers competitive pricing in various aspects of daily life compared to other countries around the world.
