Water direction changed in search for Munzur Stream missing persons – Turkish news

Divers from multiple organizations have joined the search for two missing young people in Turkey. The gendarmerie, fire brigade, and police have all contributed divers to aid in the search efforts. The search has been ongoing for 17 days and has led to a change in the flow of a portion of the stream at the Munzur Şehiriçi Bridge location. The divers are digging a trench at a depth of approximately five meters with support from construction equipment. This trench aims to ensure that water flows in both directions at a low level and will enable the search team to reach the missing individuals. The teams are focusing their efforts in the tea and dam lake region.
