Water Supply to Be Suspended in Some Districts of Bishkek on September 24

Bishkek residents in certain districts will face a temporary suspension of their drinking water supply on September 24. This announcement was made by Bishkekvodokanal through a post on their Facebook page.

The areas that will be affected by the water shut down from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. include the following:

  • Railway line, Frunze Street, Alamedin river, Panfilov Street
  • Railway line, Matrosov, Gorky Streets, Gvardeisky Lane, Bektenov, Skryabin, Mavlyanov, 7 April Streets

The interruption is necessary due to repairs being carried out at the Kok-Dzhar water intake and city water supply networks.
