The incident reportedly took place last summer in Namangan, with drivers of a wedding cortege heading to the registry office.
The drivers were seen making various risky maneuvers on the road, in addition to illegally outfitting their vehicles with flashing lights. The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) Traffic Safety Department has since commented on the video, stating that administrative protocols have been drawn up against the offenders.
