Weekend Weather Forecast
The General Directorate of Meteorology has released estimates for the upcoming weather conditions in Turkey. According to the latest report, the country is expected to experience cloudy weather, with the exception of Muğla on the Aegean coasts. Rain is predicted for the North and East of Eastern Black Sea, Eastern Anatolia, Batman, Siirt, and the northern parts of Diyarbakır. Coastal areas will experience rain, while other regions may see a mix of snow and rain. Strong snowfall is expected in the Batman and northern Diyarbakır regions, as well as the southern parts of Eastern Anatolia.
As we head into the weekend, the country will continue to experience cloudy weather, with rainy conditions expected in the Aegean, Marmara, Middle, and Western Black Sea regions. In the inner parts of the Western Black Sea, rain and snow are anticipated.
Temperatures are expected to rise in the interior and western parts of the country, reaching seasonal norms. The highest temperature values for the weekend are forecasted to be 13 degrees in Ankara, 18 degrees in Istanbul, 19 degrees in Izmir, 13 degrees in Samsun, and 17 degrees in Antalya.
