President Sadyr Japarov of Kyrgyzstan is receiving messages of congratulations from various heads of foreign states in honor of the country’s Independence Day.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a congratulatory telegram, acknowledged the progress made by Kyrgyzstan in social and economic development and political stability. He expressed his confidence in the continued enhancement of Russian-Kyrgyz relations for mutual benefit and regional stability.
