Zhyldyz Sadyrbaeva Nominated for Parliament Vice Speaker

Bishkek, 30 April 2025 — The parliamentary faction Ata Zhurt Kyrgyzstan has officially nominated Deputy Zhyldyz Sadyrbaeva for the position of Vice Speaker of the Zhogorku Kenesh, Kyrgyzstan’s parliament. The announcement was made by the faction’s speaker, Baktybek Sydykov.

Zhyldyz Sadyrbaeva, born on March 29, 1970, in Naryn city, has a strong educational background. She graduated in 1993 from the St. Petersburg Medical Institute named after I. Pavlov, where she specialized in General Medicine.

In 1997, Sadyrbaeva founded the Zhyldyz-Pharm company, which later transformed into Farmamir LLC in 2009. Demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit, she served as the Director of Elyai LLC from 2003 until 2021. Her political career took off when she was elected as a deputy in the Parliament’s 7th convocation, representing the Ata Zhurt Kyrgyzstan political party.

Sadyrbaeva is married and the mother of three children, balancing her family commitments with her professional endeavors.

In addition to Sadyrbaeva, Gulsunkan Zhunushalieva has also been nominated for the Vice Speaker position, indicating a competitive election process ahead. This follows the recent resignation of Jamilya Isaeva from her role as Vice Speaker.
