12 Transactions Posted in Orient Last Week
Last week, the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan recorded twelve transactions, showcasing the active trade taking place in the country.
Among the transactions, business representatives from Afghanistan purchased aviation kerosene produced by the “Turkmennebit” State Concern using foreign currency. Additionally, entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates and Turkey acquired bedding sets, cotton fabric, and ulyuk for foreign currency, with the total value of transactions surpassing 7 million 970 thousand USD.
On the domestic front, local businesses purchased polypropylene from the “Turkmennebit” State Concern, float sheet glass, cotton fabric, and cotton fiber for a total amount exceeding 56 million 840 thousand manats.
